Camp Fee
Early Bird (before 15th of March 2024) - $500USD (Please note that a non refundable fee of $300 applies)
Catch up (After 15th of March 2024) - $800 (Please note that a non refundable fee of $500 applies)
This cost only covers the camp participation. All other fees including Accommodation, Feeding, Excursion and Tour, Land Transportation are to be paid by participants independently.
Up to 10% part sponsorship available for groups registered within early registration period.

Shared Accommodation: $800 per person for 6 nights
FEEDING
Feeding: Average cost per person
Breakfast: $20
Lunch: $20

VISA
Visa Fee:
Turkey: $205 (Please visit the VOYA visa website in your home country).
USA: $185 USD (Please visit the US embassy website in your home country).
Note: Visa fee is subject to review by the embassies.
SPECIAL NOTE
Participants are in charge of their travel arrangements including visas, air ticket, local travel, feeding and accommodation. The organizers will only provide a letter of invitation including request for expedited appointment for participants requiring a visas. The embassies in the participants’ country home reserve the final right to grant participants participation requests.

Participants are advised to book their visa appointment and air-tickets on time and get transit visas where applicable bearing in mind arrival and departure dates.

REFUND POLICY / COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
In the event of an outbreak of a communicable disease before the 1st phase of the camp, the camp will be converted to hold online. Participants will be entitled to a 50% refund of camp fee.
No refund after visa has been issued.

Responsibilities of the participating groups/schools/parents
· Register interested participants and family members
· Pay Registration Fees
· Research the Visa requirement
· Get necessary documents and consent from both parents to apply for Visa
· Apply for Visa / Book Appointment with Embassy
· Purchase air ticket
· Get transit visa where applicable
· Fill visa application form and attach documents for each participant
· Get all required medical vaccinations and certificates applicable
· Assign a staff as chaperone or travel with their children
(Note: Each accompanying staff member and family member is required to make a full payment and participate in the special program organized for adults).
Note: Schools and groups are responsible for document verification and processing. The United States Embassy and Turkish Embassy in Nigeria has the overall discretion to issue or deny a participant's entry visa. Organizers would not be held responsible should visas be denied on this basis.
