Refund Policy

Refund Policy / Covid-19 / Disaster Refund Policy:

In the case of an unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, visa denial, or cancellation of the camp, the following refund policies apply.

Non-refundabe

• €300 initial deposit / admin cost is not refundable at any time

• €300 Accomodation deposit fee is not refundable once visa application has been submitted

• No refund applicable after visa issuance.

Refundable

• Participants who cancel 2 months before the camp are entitled to 80% camp fee.

• 1 month before — 50%

• Less than one month before is non-refundable

• As a result of visa refusal – Participants will be entitled to full refund of camp fee provided the refusal is not as a result of false documentation.
